What is the return policy for Sephora at Kohl's purchases?
Sephora merchandise purchases through Kohls.com or Sephora at Kohl's locations must be returned in new or gently used condition with a receipt within 30 days of purchase.
Returns without a receipt will not be accepted. Sephora products that are marked as final sale cannot be returned.
Extended Holiday Return Period
Sephora at Kohl’s purchases made October 31, 2025 through December 30, 2025 are eligible for return through January 31, 2026.
Can I return Sephora products at a Kohl's store location?
- Merchandise purchased at Sephora at Kohl’s locations or through Kohls.com can be returned in any Kohl’s store, even if that store does not have a Sephora location.
- Sephora merchandise purchased through Kohls.com or at a Sephora at Kohl's location cannot be returned to a stand alone Sephora store or mailed to Sephora.
- Merchandise purchased at Sephora locations or Sephora.com cannot be returned to Sephora at Kohl’s locations or mailed to Kohl’s. To return an item purchased at Sephora please follow the Sephora return guidelines.
