We move quickly to fulfill your order. At times there is a short window when an order can be canceled.
Please note: The window does not apply to the following types of orders:
- Free Store Pickup
- Free Ship to Store
How to cancel your Kohls.com order
- While signed into your Kohls.com shopping profile, click View Recent Orders.
- Find the order you wish to cancel from the list of recent orders and click “Manage Order”.
- Click “Cancel Order”.
- Verify the order has been canceled. When viewing your recent orders, the status should now show as “Canceled” if your order has been successfully canceled.
Can I cancel my Buy Online Pick Up In Store order?
Once an order is placed using the Free Store Pickup option, there are two options available to cancel the order. You can wait seven days for the order to automatically be refunded in the system, or you can use the chat button on the bottom right of this page for assistance.
