I didn't receive a temporary password.
Some email services automatically filter messages into pre-established folders such as spam or trash instead of your main inbox. We recommend you check there first. Additionally, password resets can take up to 24 hours to come through.
I recently reset my password but the temporary one isn't working.
Try typing in the temporary password manually. If you copied and pasted your temporary password into the password field, you may have included an extra space before or after the actual password. If it still is not working, refer to your browser's help section to learn how to clear your cache and cookies and try again.
