Using a Gift Card or Kohl’s Merchandise Credit
A Gift Card or Kohl’s Merchandise Credit (KMC) must be applied to the full purchase price of an online order, prior to any credit card being applied. If the remaining balance of the Gift Card or KMC does not cover the full purchase amount, the remaining payment will then be applied to your selected credit card.

Using Kohl’s Cash or Kohl’s Rewards Certificates
Kohl’s Cash and Kohl’s Rewards are applied prior to any other storewide or department-specific coupons, and can only be used to purchase Kohl’s merchandise. Kohl’s Cash cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards or to cover any online shipping charges that may apply to online orders.

Paying with PayPal
Can I pay with PayPal at Kohl’s?
Yes. PayPal is accepted for online orders at Kohls.com. Select PayPal at checkout to pay using your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or linked card, including your Kohl’s Rewards® Visa.
How do I pay with PayPal?
At checkout, select PayPal as your payment method and choose Continue. You’ll be securely redirected to PayPal to sign in and confirm your payment and shipping details. Once confirmed, you’ll return to Kohls.com to review and place your order.
When will I be charged if I pay with PayPal?
Your PayPal payment method is charged when your order is placed, not when it ships. If your order is canceled, your refund will be issued to your original PayPal payment method.
Can I use Kohl’s Cash, Rewards, coupons or a Kohl’s Gift Card with PayPal?
Yes. Apply eligible Kohl’s Cash, Kohl’s Rewards, coupons, Kohl’s Gift Cards or Kohl’s Merchandise Credit during checkout before using PayPal to pay any remaining balance.
My PayPal payment isn’t going through. What should I do?
First, make sure your PayPal account is active and that the payment method you selected has not expired. If you are unable to return to Kohls.com after signing in to PayPal, try clearing your browser cache or using another browser before trying again. If you still need help, contact PayPal Support or Kohl’s Customer Service.

Paying with Venmo
Can I pay with Venmo at Kohl’s?
Yes. When shopping on Kohls.com or in the Kohl’s App, select Venmo at checkout to complete your purchase.
How do I use Venmo?
In your cart, select Venmo as your payment method. On a computer, you’ll see a QR code — scan it with the Venmo app on your phone to authorize the payment and choose your funding source. On a phone or in the Kohl’s App, you’ll be prompted to open Venmo directly to confirm it.
Can I use Kohl’s Cash, Rewards or coupons with Venmo?
Yes. Apply Kohl's Cash, Kohl’s Rewards, coupons and promotions during checkout before selecting Venmo to pay the remaining balance.
Can I use a Kohl’s Gift Card or Kohl’s Merchandise Credit with Venmo?
Yes. Apply your Kohl’s Gift Card or Kohl’s Merchandise Credit first. If there is a remaining balance, you can use Venmo to complete your purchase.
Will my refund go back to Venmo?
For eligible returns, refunds are issued to the original payment method. If you paid with Venmo, your refund will be sent back to your Venmo account. Processing times may vary.
