How do I find a registry?
By default, all registries at Kohl’s are private and can only be accessed via direct link, shared by the registry owner. Contact the registry owner(s) for access to the registry-specific link.
Do I need a Kohl’s Rewards account to buy off a registry online?
Online registry shoppers must have an account and sign in to purchase from a registry. If not already signed in, you will be asked to sign in when you check out. If you do not have a Kohl’s account, you will be asked to sign up when you check out.
Can registry owners shop their own registry?
Yes they can.
Can I check out as a guest?
Yes, you can check out as a guest. If you check out as a guest on Kohls.com or on the Kohl’s App, your billing address name will be shared with the registry owner when you purchase a gift.
How do I qualify for free shipping when purchasing online?
Kohl’s offers standard free shipping on orders over $49. If the free shipping threshold is not met standard shipping at $8.95 per order applies. Estimated shipping costs
Will I be able to earn Kohl's rewards on registry purchases?
Yes, any purchase from a registry will earn Kohl's rewards.
Can Kohl’s Cash® be used to pay for Baby Registry gifts?
Yes, it can if items are eligible for Kohl’s Cash®.
The item I purchased from a registry using my Kohl’s Cash® was returned by the registry owner, and I earned Kohl’s Cash® on the registry purchase and have redeemed it. What happens to the Kohl’s Cash® I used, earned and redeemed from the registry purchase I made?

Will registry owners be notified when I make a purchase online?
An item will be marked as purchased if purchasing from the registry on Kohls.com or on the Kohl’s App. The item may take up to 35 minutes to appear as purchased on the registry dashboard.
Will registry owners see my name when I purchase a gift from their registry?
Yes, your name will be shared with the registry owner when you purchase a gift on Kohls.com or on the Kohl’s App. If you manually mark an item as purchased, you will be asked to enter your name, and that information will also be shared with the registry owner.
Connecting an Online Purchase with a Baby Registry
All items added to a cart directly from the Baby Registry page, in both website and app, will be automatically linked with the registry. Customers should see the label “Item from Baby Registry” for each item connected to the registry, in their cart.
How do I ship a gift?
If the registry owner has designated a preferred shipping address, the customer will have the option to ship a gift to that address at checkout. At checkout, the customer can choose to send registry gifts to the registry owner’s shipping address or the customer’s address of choice. Registry gift shipping is subject to our standard shipping policy. Some items may ship in the original packaging and may reveal the item’s contents.
Will I be able to have my gift wrapped?
At this time we do not provide gift wrapping service for Baby Registry purchases. Items will be delivered in standard Kohl’s packaging.
Are gifts automatically marked as purchased when bought from a registry online?
All gifts added to cart from the registry itself will be automatically marked as purchased. Any gifts added to the cart directly from outside the Baby Registry will not be automatically marked as purchased.

How do I look up a Baby Registry in store?
When in store, you can use your personal device to find and view a registry. Simply use the search bar to look up “Baby Registry” or navigate to the Baby Registry link on the main navigation menu. Then find the preferred registry by searching name, city and state. Private registries will not appear in search results. In the event you need to shop a private registry, reach out to the registry owners for a direct link.
How do I mark an item as purchased when shopping a registry in store?
When checking out, tell the Kohl’s associate that you are shopping from a Baby Registry and present the QR code at the top of the registry screen to automatically mark items as purchased. It is the gift giver’s responsibility to notify store associates when you are shopping from a registry. Currently, self checkout does not support registry purchases.
Can I manually mark a gift as purchased on a registry?
Yes. Whether you are shopping with Kohl’s or another retailer, you always have the option to manually mark items as purchased. Simply open the registry and tap the “Mark as Purchased” link and follow the prompts.
What is the benefit of marking a gift as purchased?
Taking this action is important:
- It makes it easy for the registry owner to track what has been purchased and what hasn’t
- It tells others that an item has already been purchased
What does a ‘verified Kohl's purchase’ mean and how do I do this?
A verified Kohl’s purchase is any item bought from Kohl’s that has been linked to the registry at the time of purchase.
Is group gifting available?
At this time, Kohl’s does not support group gifting.
