Begin your return at the Amazon Online Return Center on Amazon.com. Select the Kohl’s Drop Off option and Amazon will email you a QR code. Bring the item(s) you’re returning to the Amazon returns outpost at Kohl's Ithaca and show the QR code on your smartphone to a Kohl’s associate in-store. Kohl’s will pack, label and ship your return for free.

No. While not all Kohl’s stores will have a Sephora shop-in-shop, Sephora purchases through Kohls.com can be shipped to any Kohl’s store for pickup. We can only accept Sephora merchandise in new or gently used condition that was purchased through Kohls.com or a Sephora at Kohl's location. Returns without a receipt will not be accepted and must be returned within 60 days of purchase. Merchandise purchased at stand alone Sephora stores or Sephora.com cannot be returned at Kohl's. Likewise, merchandise purchased at a Sephora at Kohl's location cannot be returned to a stand alone Sephora store.

We will accept most returns up to 180 days after the original purchase date, with or without a receipt. Some exceptions do apply with premium electronics and beauty products. Items purchased on Kohls.com can be returned at any Kohl’s store or by mail. Items purchased in-store must be returned to a Kohl’s store. We’re unable to process mail returns for in-store purchases.

Certain brands and product categories sold at Kohl’s are not coupon eligible but you will still be able to earn and redeem Kohl’s Cash® and Kohl's Rewards® when purchasing them (with the exception of any Sephora at Kohl's merchandise, which is only eligible to earn Kohl's Rewards®). You earn 5% Kohl's Rewards on every purchase, every day. Customers who use their Kohl’s Card along with Kohl’s Rewards earn 7.5% Kohl's Rewards on every purchase, every day (that's $7.50 for every $100 spent!)*. On the first day of the following month, your Kohl's Rewards balance is converted and issued in $5 Kohl's Cash increments. Rewards balances that don't convert into Kohl's Cash expire after one year. In addition, customers earn an additional $10 Kohl's Cash for every $50 you spend when you shop during a Kohl's Cash earn period (excludes Sephora purchases).

Yes; however, exclusions are not eligible for price match. Upon request, Kohl's stores may match a competitor's in-store price and will also match Kohls.com pricing (which sometimes varies from Kohl's store prices) on an identical item. You must print a copy of the competitor’s local ad showing an identical product you wish to purchase from Kohl’s. Kohl's stores do not price match competitors' online pricing.

Yes. Buy Online Pickup In Store and Free Ship to Store are currently available at all Kohl’s locations. However, these options are not available for every item on Kohls.com. You’ll need to select the fulfillment option while shopping or during the checkout process. All orders placed using BOPUS or Free Ship to Store that are not picked up within 7 days of the original purchase date will automatically be refunded and items will be placed back into inventory. Any Kohl’s Cash or Rewards that had been applied to the purchase, will have the value returned to you.

Kohls.com orders placed using In-Store Pickup are fulfilled and ready to be picked up within 2 hours after the order is placed and available to pick up the same day, provided the order is placed at least 2 hours before store closing. You will receive an email from us once the order has been processed and fulfilled at the store. All orders can be picked up at the Customer Service desk. You should receive specific pickup instructions via email. Be sure to use the designated Store Pickup parking spot to help get your order quicker.
