At Kohl’s, we make it easy for you to see online which products are available at your local Kohl’s store, order them via the website, and pick up your order in an hour - sometimes less! And best of all, ordering online and picking up in store allows you to save on shipping fees and avoid shipping time altogether!

How Buy Online, Pick Up In Store Works

Placing a buy online, pick up in store order is easy and quick. On the product page, click the “FREE STORE PICKUP” tab next to “SHIP” (Note: You will need to select a color and size first, if applicable). If the item is not available at your store, click “Check other stores”. You will also have the option to select “SHIP” or “FREE STORE PICKUP” in your shopping bag and during checkout.

  • Look for the "FREE Ship to Store" option on kohls.com product pages

You are able to use offers and coupons on buy online, pick up in store orders, too - however all in-store-only offers do not apply to items you buy online and pick up in store.

You'll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Free Store Pickup Today orders are picked within one hour, provided the order is placed at least two hours before store closing. Check your notification email for store hours.

If you want to receive a text alert when your order is ready for pickup, you can add your mobile number in the Pickup Options section during checkout.

Your order will be held at the store for seven calendar days. We’ll send you a reminder email one day before we cancel the order and return the merchandise to the store floor.

If you need to extend your order pick up window, please contact your selected pick up store, ask to speak with the Customer Service desk and an associate can help you.
