This 24x16 in flat top griddle is made of carbon steel with BPA-free PTFE coating for high-heat cooking up to 500°F. X-shaped bottom reinforcement helps maintain shape under heat. Grease trough and drip hole drain excess oil for cleaner cooking. Sidewalls contain food and prevent spills. Hollow vents promote even airflow. Suitable for gas grill, stovetop or outdoor BBQ. Clean with damp cloth after cooling, use wooden/silicone utensils.
