To protect the environment, two trash cans will be delivered in only one package, one inside the other. Alkaline batteries are recommended for best performance; carbon-zinc batteries are not recommended. After AA batteries are installed, the trash can is turned off. Press and hold the power button for 1.5 seconds to turn on the trash can. If the indicator light flashes red, the battery is low—please replace the batteries. To ensure proper operation, keep a space above the trash can clear of any items. It is not suitable for use under desks or sinks. If the indicator light is solid blue, the trash can is in “Always Open mode. After 1 minute in this mode, the indicator light will turn off. Press the power button again to close the lid and switch to motion sensor mode; the motion sensor is disabled in Always Open mode. This automatic touchless trash can uses infrared sensing technology with rapid response—simply hold your hand above the sensor to open it automatically; it will close after 5 seconds if no object is detected. Pressing the switch keeps it open, and pressing again closes it. The slim design fits perfectly in narrow spaces and is suitable for bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, living rooms, offices, dorms, and more. Made of high-quality PP material, it is durable and waterproof with an IPX5 rating, suitable for bathroom splashes and easy to clean.
