This door window awning is constructed with a premium 0.137-inch thick solid polycarbonate sheet that offers UPF80+ ultraviolet ray protection, making it ideal for shielding against sun exposure. Designed specifically for wooden wall houses, it has been independently tested to support loads over 350 pounds, ensuring durability and safety. The awning features heavy-duty brackets made from die-cut 1061 engineered aluminum with hardness processing and oxidation finishing, providing rust-resistant and robust support against heavy snow and strong winds. The polycarbonate material operates effectively in temperatures ranging from -40 to 248 degrees Fahrenheit. Each bracket is secured with three 304 stainless steel mounting spots for enhanced stability compared to two-bolt systems, reducing the risk of pull-out under heavy loads. All screws are tested to resist rust for at least 10 years. A 6-inch high polyester valance with PU coating is included, offering UPF50+ UV protection to guard against sunshine, dust, wind, and rain drops; it can be omitted if not desired. Additionally, a weather-resistant sealing tape is provided as a complimentary gift to seal gaps between the rear beam and the wall. The awning dimensions are 47 inches wide, 34 inches deep, and 7 inches high, providing ample coverage for doors and windows.
