Make perfect poached eggs every time with the RSVP International Silicone Egg Poaching Cup Set/2. To use, boil 1.5 water in any pan with a tight fitting lid. Lightly oil or butter the inside of the poaching cup. Crack egg into poaching cup and season with salt and pepper and/or other desired seasoning. Float poaching cup in simmering water and cover. Poach 3-5 minutes until desired done-ness. Carefully remove poaching cup from water. Run a spoon around edge of egg to unmold.
