The Euro Cuisine thermometer with its 1-inch dial instantly reads the temperature of foods. The Dial displays temperatures from 60 to 220 degrees F (20 C to 100 C). The thermometer comes with a pocket case and has a 5-inch durable stainless-steel stem. Should it seem to be off kilter, the thermometer can be recalibrated by twisting the hexagonal hub beneath the dial with pliers.
