A beautiful thin and guazy semi sheer tunic length bohemian style off the shoulder blouse with shirred sleeves for a ruffle effect. Slightly sheer, lightweight fabric and loose fit makes it practical for a flattering look. Separate sleeve pieces are sewn onto the bodice combined with snug elastic that provides stretch and keeps the sleeves from riding up with movement to insure that this top stays true to it's off the shoulder name.
