Works great
Easy to put together, easy to push, lightweight. Easy to switch between carpet and hardwood floors and from sweeper to the canister and attachments. The only 2 things that could be better is the large canister and narrow floor piece doesn't allow you to slip under pieces and the hose on the canister is really long so it was a little awkward to hang onto the canister and sweep under the couch cushions. I am highly satisfied with the quality and suction ability of the sweeper and would buy another.

This product has excellent suction
A Kirby owner for over twenty years, until one of the motors went out for using attachments. Purchased the Shark Navigator Lift Away and was pleasantly surprised at cleaning/suction capacity. I had cleaned my carpet the day before with my Kirby and when I got my Shark home the next day, I cleaned the same areas again with it. I was surprised how much dirt and dust that the Shark had picked up. I would highly recommend this vacuum. I also purchased another Shark Navigator two days later for my daughter and she loves her's as much as I do, because it is lightweight and really does a great job of cleaning.

AMAZING ALL AROUND!!!!
Wow, I couldnt be happier with this vacuum! After reading several reviews...some good some negative, I wasnt sure if I was going to like it. Boy was I wrong! Its light, quiet, super easy to disconnect the canister and use it on my stairs! ( we have a 2 story home) I wanted something that was easy to use on my stairs as well as being able to carry it upstairs. I have a 3 year old and an inside dog so I vacuum quite often! I watched the infomercial on TV and it does EVERYTHING they say!!! I also have the professional steam pocket mop from Shark and I love it too! I would definately buy this for a friend! Good job Shark! well done! No complaints!

LOVE THIS VACUUM!
I have 3 cats and a dog. My vacuum died a few weeks ago. I ordered this Shark for it's versatility and compact size. First let me say you don't need a single tool to put it together. This vacuum is incredibly powerful. It is mindblowing how poor my previous vacuum worked. No wonder my carpet shampooer used to choke out hair balls the size of softballs. I LOVE the bagless feature so I can monitor when it needs to be emptied. I will say I was hesitant went I felt how light this machine is. I wondered how well it could possibly work. It performed well from the very beginning and its light weight feature only means I don't find vacuuming such a chore anymore.
