This base for patio umbrellas is also incredibly versatile and can accommodate umbrella poles of different sizes. The stand alone can accommodate umbrella poles up to 2 in diameter. The included pole adapter is designed for smaller patio umbrella poles and can accommodate poles between 1.5 and 1.75 in diameter. The patio umbrella stays firmly in place with the included thumbscrew.
