- For accurate measuring, use a metal tape measure and round to the nearest 1/8"; for inside mount, measure width at the top, middle, and bottom and use the smallest measurement, then measure height at the left, center, and right and use the largest measurement, checking that the frame is square by measuring diagonals
- For outside mount applications, adding 2 to 4 inches to both the width and height is recommended for better coverage and light control
