Rated 5 out of 5 by from Neat little air circulator This is a neat little gadget. It is quiet, has a small footprint, and is currently used on my computer desk. When operating it DOES NOT scare my "poor little kitty kat" (yeah....17 lbs of poor little....)who sleeps on the desk, it does curculate the air within a 3-4 foot radius of its location, and after a few minutes of operation, I don't notice anything except the gentle folding of air being circulated. Wish I would have thought of this item for Christmas. Definitely recommended if you need a small air circulator in a small location.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This product changed my life! This review is for anyone with sleeping challenges! This well-designed, affordable and portable little fan, propped on the nightstand next to the bed, offers a winning combination of breeze and white noise to block out noisy neighbors, car alarms, and leaf blowers. I am getting a full night's sleep and waking up refreshed for the first time in my life which is so important for productivity and rejuvenation. The cool design and utility of this product is right up there with my laptop and my smart phone. And it is small enough to pack for a good night's sleep on the road. Thank you Vornado for your innovative products!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from You CAN'T Clean it! As your own product write up says... this moves air and needs to be cleaned! But you can only wipe off the outside of the fan. The inside gets all gunked up with dust and eventually causes noise and slows down the motor. Tried vacuuming but can't get INSIDE...so I took it apart! For the cost of a locking wire nut I couldn't get the fan back together! Very wise from a built-in product obsolescence technique but come on guys if I'm willing to take the time to take the fan apart TO CLEAN IT couldn't you use a twisted wire nut instead of the crimping kind so I can put it back together? The wire ends up too short after breaking the crimped wire nut connection... grrrrrrr

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Switch is Awkward The airflow is really good and what I expected. Likes: - Small footprint - Quiet - Heavy cord - Good swivel - north/south and east/west Dislikes: - Gloss plastic looks cheap - I bought two. One black and one red. The red looks bright red online, but it's actually darker. I'm returning it. - Fan slides when using switch unless you use 2 hands - Switch drives me nuts. It's a dial that's in an awkward location. Because it's so large diameter disc dial it takes a lot of motion to change speeds. Just not in a convenient location.
