Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed - pillowcase seam came apart The material slightly thinner than I'd expected, but it is soft and has a really pretty sheen to it. I couldn't even use them once though, because after the initial washing, I noticed a 4" length of a pillowcase seam had come apart and frayed. Very disappointed. Will be returning due to defective workmanship.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from These are not deep pocket sheets! I have a queen size bed with a 15 inch mattress height. These sheets were advertised as "deep pocket" sheets (up to 18 inches). They do not fit my queen mattress unless I pull and pull to get the fitted sheet on and even then, the sheets pucker at the corners because they aren't big enough. The sheets also must be washed in cold water and tumbled dry on the low setting. Sheets really should be washed in hot (or at least warm) water, but I don't dare do that for fear that they'll shrink. I love the color and the feel of the sheets. I wish they fit better.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Sorry that I purchased these sheets These sheet are just "okay". For the cost of these sheets, I should "love them". They are not deep pocket sheets. I have a pillow-top, queen size bed and it is very difficult to put these sheets on. You have to pull and pull to get them on and it still does not fit all the way on my mattress. I have the same problem putting these sheets on my standard size pillows. Very frustrating! I expected the feel to be much softer. These sheets have a stiff feel to them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from After hours of analysis, this was the winner! After realizing we weren't the only ones whose Jennifer Lopez sheets were ripping (ours ripped twice), we knew we needed to find a new brand. Our criteria was simple. We wanted something that was durable (i.e. not J-Lo) and VERY soft. Thus, I literally went through the reviews for all 70+ sheet set options on Kohls.com, and we settled on buying 4 brands. We touched the sheets to gauge their softness, and then returned the other 3 (BTW, "2nd place" was the Grand Collection 400 Thread Count Hemstitch Solid Sheet Set). Our findings: -We washed the fitted sheet and put it on our mattress; it fit just fine so I don't understand others' complaints regarding fit. -There were very slight wrinkles and after one week's use, the slight wrinkles are still present. I'm not bothered by it. No one's going to see the wrinkles anyway, so let's keep that our little secret... ;) -The softness is probably the same as before (or slightly better) after washing...I can't tell... Still very soft is my point. -Hopefully these sheets last a very long time so that their value can be realized via a lower "cost per year." I'm normally cost-conscious, but not with things that are important, like sleep. Thank you all past and future reviewers. Long live the Free Market!
