Not for elongated breast
It's so hard to find a good bra for elongated breast. Most bras are now made to fit full round breast. The shape that surgeons implant. The older, natural breast shaped breast will not fill a bra made for round breast. Lots of empty space at the top of the cup creating folds and wrinkles. Dear Playtex, please re-create your vintage non-stretch cone bra or at least an assortment of bra shapes that will fit the assortment of breast shapes out here in the real world.
This bra is perfect for someone with full round shaped breast. Not suitable for someone with thinner, elongated breast.

I love this bra!
It's hard for me to get to the store to shop, so I often order online. Sometimes I order things I haven't tried before, like this bra. This time it really worked out. I like it so well that I ordered 2 more. It fits perfectly and makes me look good, even though I'm heavy busted (42DD). It doesn't let me hang down like so many others have, and fits so well that it doesn't make my shoulders sore, even though the straps aren't padded. The cups are lightly padded so there is no worry about nipples showing through, which can be so embarrassing.
Unfortunately, I also originally ordered another style which didn't work nearly as well, and I will probably send that one back.

not the sexiest bra, but very supportive and comfy
At this time I have 6 colors of this style bra and will continue buying them as long as Playtex keeps making them. They ARE NOT sexy, lacy, plunging bras meant to be seen. They ARE supportive, all-day comfortable, nice shaping, under-arm-skin-containing, meant to be worn under just about every type of fabric top a women can wear. After Gastric Bypass surgery and losing 150lbs, now weighing 180lbs, there is lot of loose skin that looks horrible escaping most bras. Been washing and wearing for a year and they hold up to the time/use test.

Sexy silhouette a little too sexy?
I'm not used to wearing bras with a silhouette and shape like this. It makes my girls look bigger than my usual bras but not sure how it does that. For one, the cups are verrrrrry roomy and I barely fill them out (even though I ordered my usual almost-too-small cup size). For another, the cups are padded with foam. Even though this gives better support I don't care much for padding. Too hot in my already hot, humid climate. My hubby is teasing me about my new shape although I thought he would like it. I'll keep this bra but the jury's still out.
