- 3% in rewards on gas
- 2% in rewards at grocery stores
- 1% in rewards everywhere else Visa is accepted

How do I earn at the 7.5% rate?
Earning 7.5% is easy! Rewards Members just need to make a purchase using both your Kohl’s Rewards account and a Kohl’s Card (earnings are based on the qualifying purchase amount before taxes, shipping and other surcharges). Kohl’s Rewards are not earned on gift card purchases.
Why didn’t I earn at the 7.5% rate?
Possible reasons you didn’t earn at the 7.5% rate include (but not limited to):
- Both your Kohl’s Rewards and a Kohl’s Card were not used on the purchase
- You purchased non-qualifying items (e.g. Kohl’s gift cards)
- You made an order on Kohls.com and didn’t use your Kohl’s Rewards account or your Kohl’s Rewards account is not linked to your Kohls.com shopping account
