Chocolate Pecan Pie Recipe

SERVES: 1 pie


  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup dark corn syrup
  • 3 squares (1-ounce each) unsweetened chocolate, melted
  • 2 cups pecan halves
  • 1 unbaked 10-inch pastry shell


  1. Beat eggs, sugar and corn syrup with electric mixer on medium-high speed 1 minute. Stop and scrape bowl.
  2. Turn mixer to medium speed and gradually add in chocolate; beat 1 minute, until well blended. Stir in pecans. Pour mixture into pastry shell. Bake at 350F for 35 to 45 minutes or until slightly soft in center.
