Not what I was hoping for...
Over all the coffee maker wasn't what I expected. It was too light weight and moved all over the counter top when putting the coffee tampered handle on. Coffee grounds were all over the place. And when it came to foaming the milk it only did a very shallow cup and that too was kind of messy. I had to heat the milk in a separate cup in the microwave and then assemble my drink. It just wasn't worth the time. Back to Starbucks for me !

easy to use, deeee-lish espresso
I spent a little more than I had planned on such a machine, but am soooo happy I decided on this one. It froths & steams like a champ. So easy to use. Easy clean up. The crema is gorgeous, and the taste divine :) Tips: Use fresh cold filtered water in the tank. Grind you espresso beans just before brewing.

Looks good but some features need to be improved
1. Distance between the head and the base is too small to allow a mug to be set there.
2. The coffee comes out lukewarm so one has to heat it in a microwave if one needs hot coffee.
3. The steam delivery nozzle height needs to be adjustable so one does not have to hold the cup up.

Great Espresso Machine for the Money
I looked at buying one of the machines that use the Kcups or pods and ended up buying this machine as I wanted something that you could use your own grounds. This is easy and fast to use and makes great lattes. I use it almost daily. I have had this machine for about a month and have absolutely no complaints. Great value! You can also use the pods in this machine but I don't know why you would want to.
