Rated 5 out of 5 by from Loved It I have had this for the past year an absolutely love it. However, as I was removing it from the fridge it almost fell to the floor, I caught it but broke the lid. Can I get a new lid somewhere?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Who knew water could taste this good? While filtration is slow, the water is amazingly delicious! Quality of the dispenser is good, filters are pricey but worth it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Unbelievable I live in a small city in New Mexico where our city water is very hard and not pleasent to drink. We have always used another water filtration device until recently I had another kidney stone where my Dr. said that it was likely due to the sediments in the water that I was drinking. I have heard about zero water for a long time and finally decided to try it to see if all of the hype was true. The moment we got the box in the mail, I used the water meter immediately to test the different waters in our house. The tester said that water ppm can be between 0 and 999. I tested our tap water, 729ppm. I then tested our filtered water from another filtration device, 650ppm. Finally I tested our babies pure water from the store, 45ppm. After cleaning and assembling the zero water unit, I tested the newly filtered water and it was 000! I couldnt believe it. Thanks for the great product!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Lasted 1.5 days After finally receiving this filter, I was so excited to filter my water. How awesome the meter reader was to use. Well our water tested 812 After some water was filtered through it came to 6 then the next batch was 0. This water was the best I had tasted in a long time. the water was good the next day. The following day it had a metallic lemon taste to it. I called the company they said they where sorry the region where we where at (with our reading being over 800) does not qualify us to use this meter. that we will be replacing filters every day and a half. I guess I did not research this product that well. I did call Kohls they said to bring it back and they will refund me. but until I can find a new filter system I don't know what I'll be drinking.
