-Lay the liner on its side to fill in your lips.
-Press your lips together to set in place.
-To keep liner fresh, make sure to push down on the cap tightly when you're done applying.

-For a sheer wash of color, use a tapping motion to apply.
-For fuller, opaque coverage, use a swiping motion to apply.
