-Brush your brows upward with a spoolie.
-Using the tip, draw small, thin strokes in the direction of hair growth to fill in sparse areas.
-Start at the head of the brow and work toward the tail, following the natural arch.
-For a lifted effect, angle the strokes slightly upward.
-Brush again to blend the strokes.
-Layer if needed for more intensity.
