Wiggle brush from base to tips. Use quick strokes to build volume. Apply to upper and lower lashes for a BANG! Brush wax through brows using upward strokes to fluff up and texturize. To pump up the fluff, gently comb brow hair against direction of natural growth. Then, brush brows into desired shape. Dot on the apples of the cheeks and blend with a damp sponge, brush or finger tips. Best to use over liquid or cream complexion products. Sweep onto lips and press together to lock in the tint. To use under makeup: Apply to clean, lightly moisturized skin. Pat on problem areas & blend with fingertips. To use over makeup: Pat on lightly over makeup & blend. Apply with dry hands. Massage thoroughly on to dry face & eye area in circular motions. Wet hands & keep massaging to emulsify. Rinse. Use daily PM.
