What it is: An easy-to-use, highly pigmented, jet-black eyeliner pen with a brush tip for smooth, precise lines that remain smudge-resistant for up to 12 hours.
Ingredient Callouts: Free of parabens, formaldehydes, formaldehyde-releasing agents, phthalates, mineral oil, retinyl palmitate, oxybenzone, coal tar, hydroquinone, sulfates SLS & SLES, triclocarban, triclosan, and contains less than one percent synthetic fragrance. It is also gluten-free, cruelty-free, and comes in recyclable packaging.
What Else You Need to Know: This liquid eyeliner flows through an internal ball shaker to a brush tip composed of flexible fibers for an easy eyeliner application that hugs the lash line and doesn’t drag or skip. The highly pigmented formula dries quickly to a long-wearing, smudge-resistant finish lasting up to 12 hours.
