Suggested Usage:
-After applying concealer, pick up a small amount of Secret Brightening Powder (sold separately) using the Secret Brightening Powder Brush.
-Tap brush on the back of your hand, working the powder into the bristles.
-Lightly pat the powder under the eyes to set concealer.
-Pro-Tip: Less is more—a sheer amount will set and brighten for all day.
