-Place brush at the root of the lash line and wiggle from root to tip, combing upward.
-Wait up to 10 seconds for mascara primer to dry.
-Follow with Better Than Sex Mascara for ultimate visible lift, length, and volume.
-To remove, use a cotton pad with a gentle waterproof makeup remover to wipe away in a downward motion.
