• It's tri-ply 18/10 stainless steel body has an aluminum core for heat retention and distribution while the bottom is magnetic stainless steel for induction cooktops. With a resistance to rust, corrosion and staining, this non-toxic material is free of PFAS and PTFE, making it the healthiest material to cook with.
• The vapor seal lid has no vent which retains nutrients, vitamins, moisture and taste in your dishes.
