• The tri-ply 18/10 stainless steel body possesses an aluminum core for heat retention and distribution while the bottom is magnetic stainless steel for induction cooktops. Resistant to rust, corrosion and staining, this non-toxic material is free of PFAS and PTFE, making it the healthiest material to cook with.
• A vapor seal lid, no-vent design maintains the retention of nutrients, vitamins, moisture, and taste.
