Its extra-tall size holds quart jars for both pressure and boiling water canning. Use the digital interface to select the canning method and processing time. A built-in timer ensures accurate, reliable timing. LED display icons illuminate and guide you through each step of the canning method. The canner preheats the jars then holds them at the proper temperature until all jars are filled and ready for processing.
