What Else You Need to Know: These creamy palettes include four different types of innovative shadows and formulas. Cream-to-mattes transform from cream to a soft powder with a matte finish-use these powders alone as a base or to add intensity to a look. The cream-to-metallic shades have a unique formula that, when used as a standalone color, has a major impact and, as a topper, gives a glittery finish.
