Fill and add volume:
-Wipe excess product off DIPBROW Gel spoolie.
-Apply gel at brow arch, working toward tail.
-With remaining product on brush, apply through front of brow.
-Let set for 20 seconds.
Freeze the look:
-Working off back of cap, swirl Brow Freeze Extreme Hold Laminated-Look Sculpting Wax into spoolie brush, removing excess before applying.
-Bush a small amount of wax onto brows, using spoolie to tame hairs into place.
-To lay brow hairs down flat, apply gentle pressing motions with the metal ferule (on the angled brush side).
-Keep Brow Freeze Extreme Hold Laminated-Look Sculpting Wax tightly sealed when not in use.
