Suggested Usage:
-Apply on clean, dry lashes. Place brush at base of lash line and wiggle from root to tip, combing upward. Repeat with 10 to 15 strokes per eye.
-Wait up to 10 seconds for mascara primer to dry.
-Follow with your favorite mascara for ultimate lift, length, and volume.
-To remove: Use a cotton pad with gentle oil-based makeup remover to wipe away in a downward motion.
