How to Measure Yourself
Waist: Place the tape horizontally on the smallest part of the waist.
Seat: Place the tape horizontally around the thigh about 2 inches under the crotch.
Thigh: Place the tape horizontally about 8 inches below the waist. Make sure not to move the tape up & down.
Inseam: Place the tape on the inside of the leg and measure from the crotch to the ankle.
