Suggested Usage:
-Apply the Soft Pop Plumping Blush Veil over the SoftSculpt™ Transforming Skin Enhancer (sold separately) or your favorite base for a warm, dewy look.
-Work the F1 Brush until hairs are evenly coated, then apply onto the apples of the cheeks, blending up towards the temple. Apply with fingertips for an even more natural effect.
