Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Coffee Pot we've owned We have gone through many different coffee pots over the years. There were always little things about each one that we did not like that would cause us to look to replace what we had. We received this coffee pot several weeks ago and have been VERY pleased with the quality and performance of this unit. For one thing, the reservoir is easy to fill without causing leaking. The coffee pot itself does not leak when pouring the coffee into your cup. This coffee pot is also stylish in addition to being very functional. The fact that we paid so little for this coffee pot is yet another bonus. We feel like we hit the jackpot with this one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just bought 2 more of these Our Black & Decker 12-cup programmable coffee maker which we bought about 2 years ago has made 3-4 pots of great coffee DAILY for us and we fear it might suddenly stop working due to wear and tear! We like it so well that we bought 2 more of them so we'll have a "backup" unit. We are heavy coffee drinkers and this coffee maker has served us very well. In addition, the price cannot be beat! Yes, the old pot continues to work very well, after an estimated 2,500 pots of delicious coffee, which is amazing to us. Last but not least, the warmer works for just the right length of time (2 hours), keeps the coffee hot without burning it, and shuts off automatically. This is a very helpful feature. Don't hesitate to buy this coffee maker ... for the price, you won't find a better product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Coffee Maker I bought this coffee maker as a back-up to use on my days off when I like to brew a whole pot of coffee instead of single cups with my Keurig. It is not fancy compared to other expensive brands but it does the same job.... it makes coffee. Many people have given it negative reviews but I think it is just fine. Remember people, all this machine does is brew what you put into it.If you use inferior coffee and city tap water you get out what you put in. I use fresh ground coffee and filtered water and this coffee maker makes a very good, very hot pot of coffee each time. Can't beat the price either!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Overall good value for the money This coffee maker replaced our Bunn pot that had failed after 10 years of service. If you are looking for a good brewer for the price, this will meet your needs. The only two things I have found that kept it from 5 stars all around are the unlit digital display and the way that you have to add water as it gets hard to angle the pot if you are making a full 12 cups. As far as the short cord problem that a few people have complained about, I think you will find that most, if not all kitchen appliances are now required by law to have the shorter cord, at least in the U.S.
