Works Very Well
I bought both this and the Bella Dots 12-Cup Coffee Maker (best brewer ever). I can brew 12 cups, pour two mugs, and put the remaining coffee in the carafe. If I preheat the carafe with hot tap water, it keeps the coffee hot and fresh for hours. One day, I poured a freshly brewed pot into the carafe at around 1100Hrs. We didn't finish all the coffee, but we decided to leave it in the carafe to see how long it would keep warm. The last cup and a half was still lukewarm the next morning! This is a great carafe at a great price!

Works just as expected.
I use it for tea, so I don't feel compelled to keep drinking cup after cup before it goes cold in the teapot. My only regret is that the carafe doesn't quite hold all of what fits in the teapot. So I use what's left in the teapot first. As long as I scald the two pots first, and strain the tealeaves as I pour into the carafe after steeping is done, it stays hot pretty much all day. Overnight it cools to lukewarm. It looks good and seems to be of solid quality.

Zojirushi Carafe
I took it out of the box and was impressed with it's style. My wife said it was an upgrade over our older one. It is used every day and keeps coffee hot well into the afternoon hours. I would buy it again and recommend it to anyone looking for a thermal carafe.
