What it is: A retractable waterproof pencil with an ultra-fine tip that creates hair-like strokes for precise definition and long-lasting, natural-looking brows.

What Else You Need to Know: This brow pencil is great for filling in sparse areas, creating shape, and mimicking the look of actual brow hair. It is available in a range of natural-looking colors, and the long-wearing formula stays put and won’t smudge. A spoolie brush is also included so you can blend the product throughout your brows.
