Finally some great jeans!
Finally some jeans that fit my shape comfortably! No waist gapping in the back, no material splitting and ripping in the thighs, no pinching in the creases of my hipbones. these fit perfect from waist all the way down. If it helps my waists measures about 32 and the widest point of my hips measures about 43. My leg length is average for my height 5'5". The size that fits me is the 14/32 AVG or 14/32 Short. Very comfortable and look good. The material is durable enough to handle outdoor hiking and trailblazing. I even scraped my knees on rocks a few times and the material did not look any different.

Great jeans!
I've been buying these jeans for years and love them!!! They are the only ones that fit my curves just right.
Negatives: Color does wash out somewhat. With the last 4 pairs ordered, I'm trying to always wash in cold water with vinegar to see if they stay dark.
Sizes have changed on some colors. They used to be available in the standard Women's sizes (10,12,14, etc). Now they are just the Levi sizes, (28, 30, 32, etc) which do not match the Woman's sizes as they state. The seem to be a size smaller in the waist.

Great except for one thing
I bought these because I already had a lighter wash pair of 529's that I love. These appear to be the exact same jeans...except they stink! They smell like petroleum...that's the closest thing I can think of. I have washed them 4 times, 3 normally, once with a ton of vinegar, to try to remove the smell, but they still stink.
The original (lighter wash) pair I bought did not ever stink. I'm not sure what it is with these...but they fit great and are just as comfy. I wear them. I don't feel the smell is strong enough that anyone else would notice now that I've washed them a few times. I'm hoping with a few more it'll go away, but you shouldn't have to do that.

Disappointed
I bought a pair of 529 curvy bootcut jeans a few years ago and they quickly became my all-time favorites. I literally wore holes in them. Imagine my disappointment when I order another pair and the fit is completely different. The rise seems lower, which is incredibly uncomfortable if you have a belly. They also seem a bit tighter in the waist (my measurements have not changed according to the measuring tape). If you're looking for the curvy 529s from the past, these are not the same.
Levi's have always been my go-to jeans. Very disappointed that I'll have to go back to the drawing board.
