Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love making homemade pasta This is a great addition to my Kitchenaid Stand Mixer. I was interested in making my own pasta since buying good fresh pasta can get expensive. These pasta attachments are great. They are solid and attach easily. I debated at first on whether to pay for these or go cheaper with the manual pasta rollers you clamp down to the table. However, they always seem to move around and the handles fall off as you are using (at least as seen on videos of people using them). This however doesn't budge, With the Stand Mixer doing all of the work I can focus on rolling my pasta and using the desired cut for the occasion.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Makes fresh pasta easy! I had never made pasta before but always wanted to. These attachments made the process incredibly easy and my whole family loved the pasta! Don’t let intimidation stop you from making the best pasta of your life.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it! I wanted to try making fresh pasta with my KitchenAid mixer so my husband bought me the three-piece pasta roller set for my birthday. I wasn't sure how it would work but after the first dough went through I fell in love with it. It is very easy to make sheets of pasta and then cut them into fettuccine or spaghetti noodles. The amount from one batch of dough is amazing and it tastes so good. The only critique is that small pieces of dough get caught on the back side of the rollers and then it takes a bit to get them out. However it is well worth the extra effort.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sorry i waited The first batch of pasta I made with this set turned out amazing. I've owned a stand mixer for many years and was always intimidated by the thought of making my own pasta from scratch. WOW was I wrong and am kicking myself for not buying this set sooner. I made the pasta, rolled out the sheets, and had fresh fettuccini in under 3 hours. 2 of those hours was letting the pasta rest. If like me and on the fence about buying just do it. At least get the roller and add on as needed. Cant wait to make spaghetti with the grandkids! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
