Rated 1 out of 5 by from After many years, no longer I've worn 527's and only 527's for longer than I can remember. Recently I finally wore through one of my favorite pair and needed to replace them. Like many other reviews I have read, I found that the fit of these jeans has completely changed. There is zero consistency from one to the next. The fit changes based upon the country they are made in... Sri Lanka, Mexico, Pakistan, Cambodia etc. Ive tried on a minimum of 10 pair over the last week and none of them fit like they used to. Sadly, I can no longer recommend these jeans and will have to find another brand that sells a low-rise bootcut jean. Goodbye Levi's.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not like they used to make them I've been buying and wearing the same slim boot cut jeans for 4 years now and they've always fit me perfectly. Now, for some reason, Levi's decided to change the cut. They are 1-2 inches longer in the inseam and the flare at the bottom is near bell-bottom status. They used to carry this style in their stores but have stopped recently so now my only choice was to order online. The washes are not what they appear to be on the website either. I ordered 3 different pairs and had to return them all. I hate to say it but Levi's lost me as a long-time customer...I'm wearing Wranglers these days

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Incoret label The 527 I ordered were not labeled corectly. I ordered 30x32 but received jeans that were 34 lenght even though the label read 30x32. Shipped those back. No pair is like the other. I always have to try on a dozen or so to find some that fit just right. The light weight jeans wear out quickly. If you find a pair that fits then thy are great.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Quality is inconsistant 527 bootcut jeans are the last of a dying breed of bootcut jeans available, I'am finding it hard to find a pair that does not have imperfections. Every pair I try on fits a bit different so I always take 5 pairs in and pick the best one. The material is thinner and the stitching crooked in a lot of my pairs of jeans. But they are the only nice bootcut jeans reasonably priced out there to buy. All I can say is there is room for improvement in quality and quality control, they are not the same jean company they use to be and I have been wearing them for 35 years.
