Beautiful & Sturdy
I almost didn't order this birdbath, based on other reviews, but I'm glad I did. It fits our decor perfectly, and is study enough that the racoons shouldn't be able to break it. Everything arrived intact, except for one split washer that was AWOL -- pretty minor. The assembly was NOT fun, and that's why I gave this four stars rather than five. Something written, or step-by-step graphics would have been nice. I wound up assembling, disassembling and reassembling at every step. That said, I love the birdbath, now that it's assembled and in the garden. It definitely exceeded my expectations.

This product was broken when we received it.
The leg of one of the cranes was broken when we received it. We loved the style, but felt it was too unsturdy for use if it broke in the package.

Missing piece
Although the birdbath is attractive, a piece was missing that was instrumental in its assemblage. We had to jerry-rig the assemblage.

not as good as I thought
Instructions to assemble were NOT included, which made it difficult; I quit half way through for that reason. But also quit because once put together it was not going to look as nice as the picture. The nuts & bolts, which were many, were not hidden and they would rust. Long story short - I returned it for a full refund.
