Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fun to use, great results I have had the 6qt Instant Pot Ultra for about a week and a half and we've made squash soup, steel cut oats, beef stew, a pork roast, baby back ribs, and lots of corn on the cob. Everything turned out very good. My only criticism would be that the dial method of selecting the cook time and other settings is less intuitive than having push-buttons. Maybe that's just because I'm of a more mature age... The Duo may have been a better choice for me, but I'm sure I'll get better at navigating the settings with practice, and I'm sure to have lots more practice since we are enjoying the instant pot!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Novice instant pot vegan user ! This is our first instant pot and honestly so far it's lived up to our expectations. How to assemble and the controls are a bit confusing to us as first time users but we were able to figure out how to use it from the user manual. We are a vegetarian family so unfortunately some of the features of this instant pot might not be useful to us. We have used it once so far to make what might be called as semolina cake (using the steaming feature). I uploaded a couple of pictures as well. I will update the review as we prepare more vegan dishes such as rice, yogurt etc.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from In LOVE with the Instant Pot I was hesitant to use it at first, but my first meal of fall off the bone pork ribs in an hour with Southern style green beans made me a believer. I was able to saute the meat with onions and pressure cook it all in one pot! After sauteing the meat, I added 2 cups of stock and cooked on high pressure for 45 minutes. They came out juicy & tender. To finish the ribs, I put the ribs in the oven for about 15 mins to sauce them. While the ribs were in the oven, I was able to pressure cook green beans & carrots with bacon. I sauteed onions in bacon drippings, added the beans & carrots, covered with water and 20 mins later I had a delicious meal on the table.
