Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good robot vacuum but not wireless app The vacuum has good suction. It does eventually cover all of the areas. You do need to pick up thin door mats and watch out for cords to avoid problems. The lint/dust container is somewhat small so it usually has to be emptied after each room. We never could get the phone app/wireless control to work. We set it up on two different phones (ipad and iphone) and it disconnected. We tried to re-set twice and it seemed to have various problems. So we just remove from charger and press the start button. A great product if you are sweeping a lot due to foot traffic and pets. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Loud and not practical. Disappointed I just got my Neato today and was excited to try it out. It, however, errored multiple times and I had to reset it or manually move it to a new location for it to resume (4x on my carpet, 2x it tried to suck my curtains, 1x it never made it back to the charge dock). Also, it is MUCH noisier than the video shows in the website. I could never be home and have the Neato clean the house because it would be distracting/disruptive. BUT I couldn't trust having it clean when I'm not home because of how many times I would probably need it manually reset it or pick it up and move it to another location.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very efficient robot! I received my Neato D3 and I love it already. I have back chronic problem and to know that I can keep my house clean of pet hair and debris any time its amazing! I set up the app in my phone allowing me to activate it and set up days to clean remotely. Very impressive features; avoid stumping in my furniture, goes under my furniture, return to base to charge, notify me when bin need it to be empty, and when it finished I received a message in my phone that it was done!. It might need to improve the filter in the garbage bin for one less porous. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 1 out of 5 by from don't buy a Neato with Wi-Fi We "loved" our last Neato but she finally "bit the dust" after 6 years or so. - Against my better judgement (bad comments from some customer's reviews) we bought the 303 with Wi-Fi this time. The unit won't sync up with the phone app and customer support is non responsive at this time. We will be returning this unit for a refund and not buying another unless "they/ Neato" customer support can respond and resolve the problem within 48 hours. YOU JUST DON'T EXPECT A NEW, SUPPOSED QUALITY PRODUCT TO NOT WORK RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX!! as another reviewer said - don't they test they things after assembly??
