No QR code... very limited apps that work
In order to use ANY VR viewer you need a QR code, to calibrate your viewer to the app. This is needed because each viewer has different measurements in reference to lens to screen, distance between lens etc. this viewer has no QR code, nor can you search for it online. I am returning and buying a better one. I thought Sharper Image had better quality than this. Disappointed.

DO NOT BUY
As many others have pointed out, this does not include the information necessary to use on most phones. When I contacted Sharper Image, they said "If you have questions about a Sharper Image product that was purchased from a retail store, unfortunately, we are unable to assist you." So DO NOT BUY this product. It won't work for most devices and Sharper Image doesn't seem to mind that people are unhappy with their product. I'm very disappointed that Kohl's would carry something like this.

Not the quality I was looking for
And the supposedly "free" apps listed on the box- not free. I bought 6 of these for grandkids for Christmas- difficult to setup and use. Bummer!!!

No focus ring. Blurry Images
This VR headset by Sharper Image is made of cheap quality plastic material but that is expected from a low cost headset. And it's made in China. But the bigger problem is the lack of focus so viewing is blurry and out of focus rendering the product (virtually) unusable. Do not buy.
