Rated 5 out of 5 by from What an improvement! Years ago I had the old style pressure cooker which I used often. I am amazed at the difference in this new style, and I love it! Everything about its use is easy. I love how chicken breasts cook in so little time and retain their moisture unlike slow cookers which often turn out a dry product. I have cooked frozen meat and thawed meat in the Power Pressure Cooker and am pleased with the results and the time savings. I also like the ease at which it can be cleaned. I do wish there had been a more complete cookbook included, but I am not afraid to experiment, and I imagine everything will still turn out great!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from As Seen on TV Power Pressure Cooker XL I recently bought this and was not sure what size to get. I ended up purchasing the 10quart larger size. That is the right size for my cooking need which are larger meals with leftovers. . We have enjoyed several meals from the cooker and I am very pleased. Cook times are seriously shortened, the food is flavorful and delicious, and the cooker is very easy to use. If I had any down side it would be how heavy it is. I was also worried about storage but so far I just cleared a spot on the counter since we are using it more often than I expected.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So far, so good This seems to be an excellent choice. I made a 3lb pot roast last night and it took a total of 50 minutes to make. 15 minutes to prep the meat, 10 minutes for the pressure to build up and 25 minutes actually cooking time. The roast came out a beautiful Medium (hot pink center) along with whole potatoes and carrots. The only thing bad I can say is the confusing instructions when you first test the cooker. It reads 17 minutes for pressure to build up doing the canning when in reality it took 35 minutes.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from just okay After 3.5 months the nonstick part is starting to rust. It can be difficult to get the lid on correctly. It takes longer to cook things than advertised because you have to build up pressure first. Maybe I'm old fashioned but i like to grill better.
