Good for the money
I have read many reviews on this espresso maker and was aware it has its problems. When I received it in the mail, two pieces of the equipment were broken. Since the pieces were not critical for the machine to function, I used it anyways. Overall, works great! Good espresso and steamed milk. I plan on returning it for the fact of I didn't pay $200 to receive a broken espresso machine. This is one of the reasons i purchased from Kohls for their great return policy. Overall, I am happy with this product.

Great Espresso from a Basic Machine
I replaced my old worn out Mr. Coffee steamer with this unit, and I am very satisfied with the results. The pump method of making espresso is such an improvement over the steam pot, I wish I had decided to upgrade sooner. Using this machine is fast and easy, and it produces great tasting espresso.

2nd machine defective
The first machine I bought red light would not turn on meaning it was not heating had to return waited a week later to receive my 2nd machine received lights turns on but the pump makes a roaring noise now to return the 2nd one !!! Won't be buying this brand again !

Cuisinart Espresso Maker
Unfortunately this Espresso maker was not even worth the great price. Not enough heat for expresso or milk so had to heat in microwave after making it. Big Disappointment Overall.
