Rated 4 out of 5 by from String ties very short The shorts are light and comfortable. The only downside is the drawstring is short and easily gets sucked into the fabric making it a pain to tie.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from As they saying goes, my how times change. Nothing at all, really, like the years past. The Nike shorts now are definitely a different "breed" than of years past. Yes, I understand "Dri-FIT" I do. But, the durability or strength of the shorts has deteriorated, therefore, the life expectancy will fast disappear. Instead of buying the 4 I bought, I'll now go back and buy 4 more to allow them to last as long as the previous 4 I had., which, by the way lasted about 4 years, prior to donating them before they were still in "good" condition. Yes, I take care of my clothing. As far as style, they look great, this actual brand of the Nike Shorts, the pockets are very short/small and very lower on the side. Much different than the Layup 2.0. Cost wise, it's definitely a huge, yikes, that's more-so maybe "a value of, a lot less than what I was charged" pair of shorts. But, because of the Swoosh, it's the cost of the now-a-days pasted on logo, which of course, I understand. I'll wear them. I'm a 365 (366 every 4 years) shorts wearer. Haven't worn pants or anything below the knee in 16+ years. Lived in Chicago area my whole life, so weather doesn't bother me.
